PRODUCT PRICES
All product prices are in euros and include the applicable VAT. The Company reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
DELIVERY DAYS
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, and the delivery time is the sole responsibility of the courier service. Delivery usually requires 1–3 working days. In remote areas, additional days may be needed.
RETURN & WITHDRAWAL POLICY
EXCHANGES
Within 14 calendar days from the purchase date and only with the purchase receipt or exchange card.
The product and its packaging must be in their original condition.
Exchange process:

Return shipment to 9 Chavriou Street, Athens 10562, at our expense and only via ACS Courier.
Please note that JOOLS est. 2004 bears no responsibility for loss or damage to the product during return shipment.
WITHDRAWAL – RETURNS
Within 5 calendar days from the purchase date and only with the purchase receipt.
The product and its packaging must be in their original condition.
Return process:

Ship via ACS Courier to 9 Chavriou Street, Athens 10562, with shipping costs covered by us.
If the above two conditions are met, a refund will be issued to a bank account you specify within 10 days of the product’s return to the Company.
