RETURN & WITHDRAWAL POLICY
EXCHANGES

Within 14 calendar days from the purchase date and only with the purchase receipt or the exchange card.
The product and its packaging must be in their original condition.

Exchange procedure:

Exchange in person at any of our corporate stores, or

Shipment of the product to: 9 Chavriou Street, Athens 10562, at our expense and only via ACS Courier.

Please note that JOOLS est.2004 bears no responsibility in case of loss or damage of the product during its return shipment.

WITHDRAWAL – RETURNS

Within 5 calendar days from the purchase date and only with the purchase receipt.
The product and its packaging must be in their original condition.

Return procedure:

Shipment by you via ACS Courier to: 9 Chavriou Street, Athens 10562, with costs covered by us.

If—and only if—the above two conditions are met, a refund will be issued via bank deposit to an account you provide, within 10 days from the date the product is received by the company.

Please note that JOOLS est.2004 bears no responsibility in case of loss or damage of the product during return shipment.
